lately, i can’t seem to get motivated. it’s been almost one year since i started this tumblr, since i started trying to lose weight & get healthy but it seems like i don’t have much to show for in a years time.
i’ve been going on & off my diet. every time i lose weight, i gain back.. & now i can’t even seem to get back in again…
Fitspo of the Day: Hilary Duff ♥
She stays super healthy and toned with a clean diet of things like fresh salads, egg whites, and fish. She also does a combination of circuit training, and total body fitness instead of “spot reducing”. Hilary also stayed healthy throughout her pregnancy with a modified Piloxing routine to get her strong and ready for her little baby boy :)
She’s so pretty! And so fit! :D
